If at any time you are unhappy with a member of staff present, we would ask you in the first instance to voice your opinion to Sasha or Michelle, at which stage we will have an informal chat and necessitate if a more stringent meeting between the member of staff, parent and child is required. In most cases we have found that this is a more effective method of finding the cause of the unhappiness and often is a misinterpretation by either party in set circumstances.

Any complaints, you as a parent/guardian may have, should be brought to the attention of a senior member of staff immediately. A note of the complaint will be put into the complaints book and all parties involved will be kept up to date with any action taken to rectify the problem.

Please note, we can only strive to make improvements if we are advised of your views, for example, please do not expect us to ‘stop giving James apples’ unless we are requested by the parent/guardian.
