Sam’s Learning Tree is a bilingual nursery, having both English and Welsh speaking staff. Many activities within the curriculum are delivered in both languages. The children are spoken to and read to in both languages and also look at Welsh books.

Throughout the nursery the children listen to music in other languages and watch videos containing both French and German.

Within our curriculum we develop an understanding of different cultures around the world and the children are involved in many multicultural activities. We introduce the children to the festivals that are celebrated around the world as well as those celebrated in England and Wales.

If for any reason you do not wish for your child to be involved in any of these activities please ensure that you inform the staff and fill in the relevant section on the admission form.
