Opening Hours:
Normal operating times are Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm. Late collections will be charged at £4.00 per 15 minutes.

Fees: 
Additional Child (twin) discount is available on the second/third child’s fees whilst all attending nursery.
Fees to be paid weekly/monthly in advance by cash, cheque to the office administrator or by standing order through the bank, Dishonoured cheques will incur an additional £10 handling charge, with Late Payments, we reserve the right to charge interest at 5% above Base on monies outstanding after 7 days.

A Refundable Deposit of £50.00 is payable when the booking is initially placed (returned after all fees have been paid and the full 4 weeks notice has been given).
Cancellation or change of pre-booked sessions will result in Full Fees being payable, unless 2 weeks notice is given. It should be noted that pre-booked sessions cannot be transferred unless 2 weeks notice is given.
No fees will be due when the nursery is closed, this includes usual Bank Holidays and the Christmas/New Year period.
Sickness, Full fees are due unless the child concerned is hospitalised in which instance no fees are due. (Hospital note required – full fees due if no note provided).
Notice of withdrawal from this facility - Four weeks written notice is required. Failure to provide will result in the management taking steps to recover fees that would have amounted during the notice period.
