All members of staff are interviewed by the management, successful interviewees will then be invited to do a trial period, which will allow the management to observe each interviewees interpersonal skills and the interaction with the children.

All members of staff have the opportunity to further their Early Years and Education qualifications by attending courses and workshops. Regular appraisal ensures that all members of staff are motivated and are constantly improving their performance.
The minimum requirement by CSIW is that 80% of the staff are qualified (NVQ2, NVQ3, NVQ4, NNEB, etc). We will ensure that each area is supervised at all times by a fully
qualified member of staff and that all staff members  have credentials that we feel enhance the environment of our facility, these will include: -

A Parent ~ experienced in the needs of young children and their individual personalities.

A Grandparent ~ whom show the maturity and quiet disposition gained through age, which we find gives shy/quiet children the confidence to participate, and louder/noisy children a calming influence.

A Sibling from a large family background ~ used to organising and participating in mixed age groups.
